Max and Marie share a passion for exploring nature and discovering new places. Their jobs as police officers don’t allow them to live full time in their RV, so they take every opportunity they can to go on a new adventure. For them, camping is all about spending quality family time together and collecting memories.

What’s your favorite place to eat in the area?

De Lunas Cafe. It’s a food truck located at Boyd’s Campground that serves amazing Cuban cuisine. 

Why do you like it here?

Endless water, plus the weather is incredible. We felt like we were in Cuba with roosters hanging around our RV.

How do you decide where to go next?

We choose our destinations according to the time we have and the things we want to see. We like to leave some room for spontaneous activities and we’re always up for changing our plans.

What’s one piece of advice you have for RVers?

Make sure you have the right vehicle to tow your RV, that it is strong enough and has a good suspension.

Who do you wish you could share this view with?

My father, because he loves camping as much as we do.
